Software: Rhino/Grasshopper / Ladybug/Honeybee

We use Rhino/grasshopper to drive a workflow behind our U-Build system.

Grasshopper in Rhino is a robust development platform that you can use to design many components. We use it as part of our U-Build program. This aims to transform the way people think about how structures are built. It simplifies the construction process and means that people of different experience levels can get involved.

We are also using Ladybug and Honeybee to create dynamic thermal models and environmental performance predictions for our projects. This allows us to understand how design proposals can be expected to perform and to optimise these in order to reduce operational energy.
